There are several artists I admire. For one, I love Salvador Dalí's surrealism. Also M.C.Escher's graphic art is rather amazing. Also, artists like Vincent van Gogh, Pablo Picasso, Piet Mondriaan, Antonio Gaudi, Joan Miró and Fernando Botero are on my favorites list. I look at art in the pragmatic way, if like it, I like it, if not, somebody else might.

I think that one my main hobbies is food. I can really enjoy a good restaurant with the right company. Also, I won't avoid a chance to do some cooking myself. I really enjoy Chinese, Thai, Indonesian, Suriname, Spanish, French and Italian cuisine. Actually, I almost enjoy all cuisines which are hot and spicy!

After a good dinner, there is nothing as good as a good drink. Such as a good glass of Port wine or Cognac. Tip A bottle of ten year old (or older) Port is always a great present to me. I like the tawny Ports the most. I think they taste less sweet as the ruby ones, and that they have a more characteristic taste of nuts and raisins. Furthermore, I'm always in for cocktails, rums, wodkas, special beers and some whiskeys. When I come to think of it, I guess I like almost all alcoholic drinks!

While food and drinks are one of my favorite hobbies, one always has to take care of its own body. Therefore, I try to play squash at least once a week. And I try to do a fitness workout also once a week.
